Lottery Strategies That Work

By: Mark Walters

Almost everyone wants to win the lottery, but they don't spend any time or effort learning how to maximize their chances of doing it. Before I let you know a proven strategy for winning it, let me first tell you two systems of thinking that do not work. First off, some people believe that you must use numbers given by 'psychics' in newspapers and magazines. This is a waste of time! Not only are they just total guesses, but there will also be thousands of other people using the exact same numbers.
Another method which doesn't work is using birthday numbers. using this approach is actually reducing your chances of picking a winning set of numbers. Can you guess why? It's because the range for the birthday numbers will only be from 1 to 31. Using birthday numbers will completely prevent you from using other numbers (32 and above), which come up almost every week.
Now, let me share with you one technique which has been proven to work. A foreword first though, just to validate my credentials in telling you this; I have played the lottery since it first came out, and have tried out various different systems. Not only have I tried them out, I've done statistical analysis on them, and have the winnings to back up what I say.
Additionally, many lottery systems have backed up my research as well. What I use is something called the 'Frequency Theory', which is based around the fact that certain numbers are drawn a lot more often than other numbers. Put simply, it means that you should choose the numbers that have been drawn most frequently in the past 30 or so lottery draws.
Now, this may sound like contradictory to your average way of thinking. Most average lottery players think that they should go with the numbers that haven't drawn for a while, and this may seem like the common sense approach. However, history has repeatedly shown that this isn't the case, and that once a number starts to be drawn frequently, it will continue to be drawn frequently for a while.
